Broken Duck Media offers commercial licensing options for select proprietary software products. These tools are available for integration, private deployment, and internal use by approved partners, institutions, and development teams.

Available Software

Tchaikovsky – AI Composition Engine

Tchaikovsky is a generative MIDI and music structure engine designed for composers, educators, and tool developers. It supports progressive harmonics, bar-level control, and multitrack generation. Available as a headless engine or interactive frontend module.

Influent AI – DAW Integration Framework

Influent AI is a suite of intelligent tools for digital audio workstations, including MIDI generation, pattern assistance, and AI-powered arrangement suggestion. Designed for integration with custom interfaces, education platforms, and production tools.

Audio Plugin Host + API Access (Under Development)

A plugin-capable host and render pipeline for local DAW integration, accessible via web dashboard or embedded frontend. API access to generative models is planned for select partners.

License Categories

• Personal / Educational Use – For independent creators, students, or instructors using our tools in a non-commercial setting.
• Commercial Use – For businesses, studios, or platforms deploying our tools for internal workflows, client projects, or product development.
• OEM / API Integration – For partners embedding Tchaikovsky, Influent AI, or custom components directly into software products or commercial platforms.
• Enterprise / Institutional Licensing – Custom contracts and deployment support for schools, academies, or research labs.

Terms and Restrictions

All software is licensed, not sold. Redistribution, reverse engineering, resale, or sublicensing is prohibited unless explicitly stated in the agreement. All commercial and API licenses are subject to approval and contract execution.

Attribution is not required for personal use, but commercial licensees must follow branding and usage guidelines where applicable.
